Making a difference in the world and working in an environment where I can continuously grow and learn is important to me.

As both a creative and analytical thinker, I have held many multi-dimensional roles.  As a result, I often work across multiple departments. This has enabled me to gain a more holistic perspective of systems and operations within various organizations.

I have worked in leadership roles in global companies like Carlson Hotels World Wide. I’ve been a part of leading grassroots organizations like the Friends of Valle de Oro National Wildlife Refuge and local village staples like the Corrales Comment newspaper. 

For special projects and as a team lead in pilot programs, I’ve collaborated with leading change makers like Comienzos, Heading Home, Road Runner Food Bank and Art Street a program of Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless.

While I promote establishing standard operating procedures to keep projects on track, I find my creativity is one of my best tools to work with teams to overcome obstacles. However, having the ability to look at issues from multiple perspectives has enabled me to facilitate collaboration between departments to successfully meet end goals.
